Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

 

Returned merchandises must comply with our returns policy:

  1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. 
  2. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.  The shipping fee of returning the item to us and the shipping fee of the exchanged items will all be charged to the buyer.
  3. All Items must be in original, resalable condition. 
  4. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. 
  5. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  6. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 

 

Discounted / Sales Items

Discounted and Sales Items are not subject to our standard return policy and may not be returned.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your return item and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.  We will reach out to you by email.
