Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. It will take 3-7 working days for an order to be dispatched after the order is placed.
Depending on the availability during the circumstances, all orders will be shipped via CaiNiao, JDL, S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur because of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information by email.
To check the status of your shipment, please visit CaiNiao, JDL, S.F. Express, Hong Kong Post and enter your tracking number.
Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, applied when the shipment arrives, are the recipient's responsibility.
Any additional costs related to customs clearance must be covered by the recipient, as we have no influence over these fees. Since customs regulations differ across countries, buyers should consult their local customs office for details. If customs clearance is necessary, it may result in delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe.
If an order is not collected or responded to in a timely manner, customs authorities may dispose of the package, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
